I might as well get to know everyone here! So why not start off a topic?
Anyways, it can be ingame or Anime/Manga!
Here goes my favorites!
In-game: Red Dragon. Homing, Dragon, Damage. What else could you want in a jutsu?
Anime/Manga: Probably The Bubble Guy from the recent Anime fillers. Those bubbles are epicness, they can burn enemies, transportation, even make smoke bombs!

i like madara's telporting thing, Sasuno, kakashis warp, sage mode, and that move orochimaru thing that makes you come out of ur skin like when sasuke used it against itachi when itachi used amestru on him also i like amestru, and 64 palms.
